LONG RANGE TARGET SYSTEM

The Long-Range Target Systems (LRTS) use sound waves to detect the location of a bullet passing by the target. It enables scoring of long - and short-range shooting competitions and enables zeroing of weapons efficiently. This target system reduces the training time by over 80%. The LRTS can be retrofit on any target and calibrated, thus turning any ordinary target into a Lomah target.

The LRTS with its Shot Detection Module identifies a bullet and its position when it leaves the muzzle and tracks it on to the target, showing the results on a firer’s screen in less than a second. The LRTS eliminates crossfire through its bullet tracing technology and provides accurate scoring. The LRTS is installed below the ground levels thus ensuring that no bullet impacts the highly sensitive sensors and related equipment.

The LRTS is operated using the Range Management System. The RMS receives the bullet details from the LRTS and visualizes it for the shooter on his screen. The shooter’s screen could be a tablet or a computer of any size and configuration with access to the network utilized by the LRTS.
